Description:RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In addition to the duties of the Sr. Outreach Liaison role, this position will specifically assist the VP of Network Development with strategy development, volume growth, onboarding/ sales training, trouble-shooting and being a resource to the other Outreach/Sr. Outreach liaisons.
- Network Outreach - Develops and implements referral development plans targeting referring providers / facilities that positively impacts revenue.
- Travels to and calls upon targeted referral sources internally and externally in order to build referral volumes.
- Relationship Management - Develops and maintains strong relationships with key referral source and stakeholders.
- Addresses client concerns and resolves issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning - Develops and implements sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyzes market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities for each geographic market.
- Collaborates with Emory service line leadership to develop targeted outreach campaigns and activity.
- Functional Team Leadership - Assists onboarding with new team members and performs ongoing sales training for team members.
- Assists team members with outreach planning using PRM tools and referral databases to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Provides coaching and support to team members.
- Collaboration - Acts as an additional resource to department team members in troubleshooting and resolving conflicts for referring physicians.
- Collaborates with Marketing Department and key service lines to align sales strategies with overall system goals.
- Advises on impactful marketing collateral needed in the field.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- 7 years in a related field
