- Analyzes architecture, relationship between systems, and systems flow of end-to-end designs.
- Interface with Engineering, Operations and Network Planning organizations to serve and support proper designs needed to simplify and modernize the legacy network.
- Manage Site Acquisition vendors, Legal teams and peer counterparts in an effort to complete 100% REC activities including leasing, zoning and permitting of Small Cell modifications, oDAS to SC modifications/conversions.
- Must have working knowledge of Network Cell site builds, Real Estate and leasing transactions.
- Must have the ability to work large volume programs, work within FUZE RE and SPM modules.
- Track monthly Engineering and Operations progress to ensure progress is being made to achieve Open For Sales, Copper Migration and Switch shutdown targets.
- Sharing progress with leaders and other stakeholders with dashboards and reports.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 4 yr degree and 7-10 years of experience required
