Location: Bedminster, NJ, Hershey/Blue Bell, PA, or Harrisburg, PA

Responsibilities:
" Analyzes architecture, relationship between systems, and systems flow of end-to-end designs.
" Interface with Engineering, Operations and Network Planning organizations to serve and support proper designs needed to simplify and modernize the legacy network.
" Manage Site Acquisition vendors, Legal teams and peer counterparts in an effort to complete 100% REC activities including leasing, zoning and permitting of Small Cell modifications, oDAS to SC modifications/conversions.
" Must have working knowledge of Network Cell site builds, Real Estate and leasing transactions.
" Must have the ability to work large volume programs, work within FUZE RE and SPM modules.
" Track monthly Engineering and Operations progress to ensure progress is being made to achieve Open For Sales, Copper Migration and Switch shutdown targets.
" Sharing progress with leaders and other stakeholders with dashboards and reports.
Education, min 4 yr degree.
