JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Network Security Engineer for our Plano, Texas office who will be instrumental in providing technical expertise on Next Generation Firewall technologies. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing the potential of our products through close collaboration with our Product and Engineering teams, developing and implementing network security and endpoint solutions. This role requires a passionate individual capable of ensuring customer satisfaction by driving product adoption, operationalizing solutions, and partnering with account teams to deliver high-visibility technical account plans.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide technical expertise on NGFW technologies to maximize product potential.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for solution development and integration.
• Serve as a customer advocate to influence the product roadmap and leverage new features.
• Implement solutions to ensure customers achieve their security objectives rapidly.
• Partner with account teams for high-touch delivery strategy and success plans

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Solid experience in network security engineering or related roles.
• Working knowledge of  NGFW or similar security platforms.
• Proven ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor.
