Role Description:

Communication: Having solid written and verbal communication skills Should have Test Data management experience /arena. Hands on test execution experience Banking/payments domain experience desired. Motivated and committed to make projects successful. Quick learner, team player Test design: Understanding the product and creating test designs. Test execution: Executing test cases and reporting bugs. Prioritization: Determining the priority of test cases and creating execution plans Defect triage: Participating in defect triage and root cause analysis (RCA) Test coverage: Implementing test techniques and tools to achieve high-level test coverage. Quality engineering: Adhering to the organizations quality engineering best practices. Mentoring: Mentoring and developing junior resources Continuous improvement: Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
