Selection for this role will include financial support to pursue a certification as a registered EEG tech through ABRET, the national credentialing and accreditation organization in the Neurodiagnostic field.
In this role, you will work 40 hours a week in support of EEG procedures, in order to increase your experience, while participating in an online course outside of work hours to prepare for your ABRET exam in order to become a registered EEG technician.

Position Summary
The Neurodiagnostic trainee role operates electro-neurodiagnostic equipment to measure electrical nerve potentials for use by providers in diagnosing neurological outcomes. Collects electroencephalogram, EEG (brainwave) data for routine EEGs.Continuous EEG, and long-term epilepsy monitoring in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education:High School Diploma, or GED required. Associates degree preferred.
- Certification/Licensure: “See Education” Current BLS certification required or must obtain within six months of start date. Enrollment in EEG Clinical Training Program within 3 months of start date.
