Job Title: New Account Services Representative

Job Summary: Under general supervision and following established policies and procedures, provides new account services and customer assistance while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Responsibilities:

• Process various new account transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with inquiries and account-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.

Qualifications:
