Salary Range: $35000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential new clients through a variety of channels to expand our portfolio.
Consultative Sales: Understand and assess the unique insurance needs of each client and provide customized solutions.
Negotiation: Work collaboratively with clients to create insurance plans that meet their requirements and budget.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry to drive business growth.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all paperwork related to new accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Property and Casualty License is required!
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field is helpful but not required.
Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and persuade others.
Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
