The New Home Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving sales and growing our client's customer base. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential buyers into homeowners, showcasing the unique value of our client's custom-built homes. This position is ideal for a dynamic, self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about exceeding sales goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively generate and manage leads through various channels, including online platforms, community events, and networking opportunities.
- Qualify potential buyers, understanding their specific needs and aligning them with the most suitable home and customization options.
- Present and sell the value proposition of custom-built homes by conducting persuasive and engaging model home tours, open houses, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, using consultative selling techniques to guide them through the home buying journey and secure sales contracts.
- Develop and implement effective follow-up strategies to convert inquiries into sales and maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust sales tactics and meet evolving market demands.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction, encouraging referrals and repeat business.
- Close deals.
