"New Opportunity" Client Services Administrative Assistant - 22 - Trajan Wealth LLC

The Client Services Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Client Services Specialists with administrative support, ensuring data in our CRM is properly entered, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Duties and responsibilities

• Data entry into Salesforce CRM
• Updating annuity account values within Salesforce CRM
• Scanning & uploading annuity statements in Salesforce CRM
• Provide tech support for custodian logins
• Maintain external account values within Salesforce CRM
• Assist with any special Salesforce projects needed. 2-3 projects per month
• Report Review (new business reporting, money in reporting, auditing account info)
• Assist clients with any address changes
• Assist with beneficiary changes & ownership changes for Trajan Wealthâ„¢ and Trajan Estate
• Offer support to Client Services Specialist
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
• Serve as back up to front desk reception as needed

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service attitude
• Detail oriented
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office primarily Email, Calendar and Excel
