Job purpose

Trajan Wealth is seeking a talented individual for a multi-faceted asset production position. This role will work closely with internal team members to edit and distribute a wide variety of creative collateral like TV, radio, and digital ads; social media graphics and video; flyers; presentations; and other promotional materials for internal and external audiences.

Ideally, this candidate is highly detail-oriented and has an eye for visual composition. Strong time management skills are essential to oversee multiple moving parts and tasks each day in an ever-changing environment.

Note: This role would be 5 days in-office at our corporate office in Scottsdale.

Duties and responsibilities

• Creative Creation and Editing - Collaborate with team members to take creative assets from concept to first design to completion. Utilizes current graphic, animation, video, and multimedia design tools and principles to design and develop print, digital, and video content. This can include copywriting and editing. Communication with key stakeholders during the review/editing process. Coordinating marketing team members to complete and deliver projects on time.
• Creative Brainstorming - Participates actively in brainstorming sessions to help curate ideas for different goals and objectives set for marketing and operations.
• Asset Management - Assists in overseeing asset libraries and works to ensure proper file processes are followed and assets are readily available. Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in design: print, web, and digital media (front-end website and email design.) Proven visual/graphic design skills with work.
• Experience in photography and videography.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Working knowledge and ability to grow in common Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience editing audio, using software like ProTools, Audacity, etc.
• Digital animation experience.
• Ability to write and proof copy.
• Able to receive constructive criticism.
• Experience in the financial field is a plus; along with experience in any of the following: WordPress, Cloudflare, Salesforce, Pardot, AWS.
