I'm Cameron Dennis, owner of Back On Track Physical Therapy. I founded this clinic out of frustration—frustration with seeing multiple patients at a time, feeling rushed, and knowing we could do better. So, I started my own business with the aim of treating patients the right way—one-on-one, with undivided attention and care.
The result? Our patients get better results and love coming to therapy. We've created a place where healing is patient-focused, fun, and effective. Now, we're looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team and share in our commitment to exceptional care.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate and treat patients with diverse musculoskeletal conditions
* Develop personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals
* Collaborate with our team to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Educate patients and their families about their conditions and ways to promote wellness
* Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
*Requirements:*
* Valid Physical Therapist license
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Adaptable problem-solving abilities
* A passion for patient care and a desire to learn
