Job Posting: Material Handler - Warehouse
Location: Marysville, WA
Pay Rate: $22-$23/hr
Temporary Position: Until December 20, 2024 (with potential for extension)
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Overtime Eligibility: Up to 10 hours/week
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to support our warehouse operations. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in material handling, preferably in regulated environments such as aerospace, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and drive company vehicles as needed.
- Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
- Follow safety protocols and manage inventory.
- Bond, clean, and repair aircraft interior structures and parts.
- Apply decorative materials and install electrical components per engineering specifications.
- Prepare parts for decorative application by filling and fairing.
- Conduct product testing and apply edge fills/inserts as required.
- Construct aircraft interior parts using resin-impregnated reinforcements.
- Maintain tools and machinery.
- Manage daily stockroom activities, including material transactions and cycle counting.
- Fabricate parts and apply coatings using regulated spray equipment.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver’s license required for forklift operation and company vehicle use.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in material handling.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot in summer, cold in winter).
- Willingness to engage in physical work throughout the shift.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
