- Specialist in Data Center specifically Nexus 7K, 5K, 2K plus Cat 6500
- Masters general trouble shooting techniques
- Specializes in trouble shooting Nexus platform
- Gets to root cause and detects trouble source.
- Understands messaging, alarming and syslog errors
- Understands control traffic - multicast, broadcast and unicast
- Has command of EEM Scripting, Storm Control, CoPP
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in crisis
- Ability to mentor, knowledge share and train network engineers.
