Salary Range: $120K-$125K/Annum



Job Description:

• Required experiences with Nice InContact CXOne Design
• Nice InContact CXOne Troubleshooting experience
• Working knowledge of unit testing
• Acts as a team member for the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the NICE InContact platform.
• Analyze, build, and modify call routing utilizing InContact Studio.
• Experience in one or more of the following software languages: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Scala, Python, API, OKTA
• Experience with the Microsoft Suite (.NET Framework, Visual Studio) or another similar open-source software stack
• Responsible for technical documentation, testing, supporting, and troubleshooting all contact center platform infrastructure and solutions.
• Maintain current Contact Center implementation and push for new technologies/advancement in the Contact Center arena.
• Working knowledge of user stories or use cases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
