Relationships and Communicaiton are key in building this team to take on the ongoing growth and repeat clients. Only NICET II en route to III or in hand NICET III need apply.
Qualifications
• NICET III Water based systems
• Equivalent experience will be considered
• Fire Sprinkler Inspection experience
• Strong working knowledge of life safety and NFPA codes
• Working knowledge of sprinkler controls, alarm panels, devices and critical components
• Able to perform testing and maintenance
• Able to coordinate between inspection deficiencies and service required to correct found deficiencies
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Must meet the state requirements for Sprinkler and Alarm Inspections
• Successful completion of a test and background screening is required
• MVR checks are required for all driving positions
Responsibilities
• Responsible for testing and inspecting wet, dry, and pre-action systems in commercial and residential settings
• Reports deficiencies to the service coordinator as well as the customer and will providing superior customer service
• Able to complete documentation as necessary
