Night Audit Supervisor - Nobu Hotel Atlanta

Night Auditor Supervisor is responsible for the management of the front office and overnight accounting function to balance the day's transactions and provide great service to our guests overnight. Responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests to the hotel and complete the check in process by inputting guest information, confirming details of their stay and providing keys and a welcome packet.

• Checking out guests, ensuring they had a good stay at the hotel, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards to collect payment.

• Assist guest with answering questions about the different departments of the hotel and also assisting in suggestions for activities and services outside of the hotel.

• Use up-selling to promote suite room types and additional features of the hotel.
• Assist with guest request and respond in a timely manor to ensure satisfaction
