Night Auditor - Economos Properties

Night Auditor is responsible for posting and balancing charges and settlements for room, restaurant and bar, and any other outlets. Perform the tasks also performed by the Front Desk Agent positionwork experience requirements

1. Maintains files

2. Resetting of the systems for the next day's operations.

3.Checking in and out guests.

4.Addresses guest requests and issues.

5.Communicates with other departments regarding any issues that require follow up by the day shift staff.

Education / SKILL requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
• Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Must be willing and capable of passing Alcohol Compliance Certification during the first three months of employment.
• Must be well-groomed, personable and have excellent customer service skills
• Hotel experience preferred but not mandatory, some customer service background required.
