The Cambria Hotel of Pittsburgh is a peaceful retreatamid the bustle in Pittsburgh. Mission of the Role:
The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects and daily operations during the overnight shift.
Essential Job Functions:
- Organize the shift and review & complete the following: remaining reservations, verify that all contigency reports have been run, resolve discrepancies with departments out of balance, verify no-shows and complete a walk report
- Reconcile daily financial transactions
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations and ensure accuracy in billing and accounting records
- Respond to guest inquiries and address any issues that arise during the night. Communicate with next shift associates by logging pertinent information throught the hotel's pass-along system
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times
- Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move iterms weighing up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency with reservation and accounting systems
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma preferred
