We are looking for a Night Lead School Custodian - you will work Monday-Friday, between the hours of 3 pm - 12 am - the pay is $19.13 - paid semi-monthly; this position includes Union Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, paid vacation, and 11 paid holidays!

Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand, bend and lift on an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to work at different schools in the Vancouver area as needed.
- Perform daily quality checks - providing feedback as necessary.
- Be able to follow and train all policy and safety standards of ABM and the School District.
You will need to have the ability to perform all the custodian duties – including sweeping, mopping, dusting, setting up and taking down tables, emptying trash, and other cleaning duties – which include standing, bending, and lifting 25 pounds.
