Eligibility Requirements:

• You must have 24 months of full-time employment in PA as an active CNA, including at least 35 hours per week, as a CNA performing nursing-related service, supervised by a licensed nurse in a nursing home.  
• Complete and submit the NJ CNA Reciprocity application.
• Must commit to joining the Complete Care at Barn Hill Care Center team as a FT employee upon approval of reciprocity.
• Provide proof of NJ CNA Reciprocity approval and original payment receipt for reimbursement.
