About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated NOC Technician to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will provide critical customer support for network-related issues, both internally and externally. Responsibilities include trouble ticket resolution, triaging, and escalation, all within a 24/7 NOC environment. This role demands strong customer service skills and close collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support and troubleshoot network issues
Resolve trouble tickets efficiently and effectively
Collaborate closely with internal teams for issue resolution
Work in a fast-paced, 24/7 NOC environment
Required Skills and Experience:
3-5 years of experience in network support, ideally within a NOC environment
Proficiency in troubleshooting network outages and issues
Experience with trouble ticketing, documentation, and ticket triaging
Familiarity with BMS (Building Maintenance System) and Power System Monitoring
