NOC Technician - ConsultNet

ConsultNet is searching for a NOC technician to support an enterprise level client in the energy and utilities space. The ideal candidate in this role will have extensive experience in a network operations center and be willing to travel to multiple local locations in the San Antonio metro area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24 x 7 x365 continuous support and monitoring of business and network computer systems and infrastructure services.
• customer service support, data center infrastructure support, enterprise scheduling service and all after hours and holiday service desk calls.
• Employees are considered essential personal and must respond to their job responsibilities regardless of weather, disaster, etc.
• provides enterprise-wise system processing, monitoring, and support across a corporate landscape located between several sites.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or similar degree
• 2+ years of experience as a NOC technician
• Ability to respond regardless of weather, disaster, etc.
