Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Pay Rate: 60-70/hr.
Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00), Hybrid (50% Onsite/Travel – 50% Remote)
Job Duties:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of advanced Philips Monitoring Systems across our healthcare network.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing large-scale technology projects within an Integrated Delivery Network (IDN), focusing specifically on Philips monitoring systems and their architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Implementation of Philips Monitoring Systems: Oversee the deployment of primary systems, including:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, or a related field.
Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Lead Implementation of Philips Monitoring Systems: Oversee the deployment of primary systems, including:
- eICU
- PIC iX
- Revision 4
- MP to MX monitor conversions
- Installation of Philips IBE
- Develop and execute comprehensive implementation strategies and project plans for enterprise-wide deployment.
- Deep knowledge in technical project management within an IDN setting.
- Extensive experience with Philips monitoring systems architecture and software.
- Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise-level deployment strategies for Philips monitoring technology.
- Project Coordination Skills: Demonstrated ability to coordinate large, cross-functional teams. Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Skilled in fostering collaboration and alignment among diverse teams.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technical project management within the healthcare industry.
- Specific experience with Philips monitoring systems implementation is highly preferred.
- Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management processes including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Lean management systems and PMI standards.
- Ability to use standard project management tools effectively.
