About the Job
- Non-IT Project Analyst will provide project support to assigned business line and functional area, coordinating with internal and external resources to execute projects
- Manages project plans and associated documentation for all assigned projects
- Escalates potential obstacles appropriately and communicates project status effectively with manager and internal business lines
- Will primarily focus on projects that involve reviewing documents in relation to our system configurations
- As a Non-IT Project Analyst, you will participate in weekly meetings with various business lines to discuss updates, project timelines, and deliverables
- Configure requests in our system and ensure all documentation aligns with project requirements
- Other projects as needed
Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED
- Basic data and analytical abilities
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- CFPB knowledge, document review experience, technical application knowledge
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
