The Payment Services Chief Risk Office leads and/or supports all operational, regulatory and risk strategies to ensure compliance for Elavon globally. Elavon is currently seeking a Contract Resource to support continued implementation of risk oversight programs while identifying and mitigating operational risks in alignment with company policies. This position reports to the organization’s First Line of Defense risk team and will focus on post-Merger & Acquisition integration activities.
Responsibilities:
• Execute framework for due diligence and integration efforts
• Drive timely implementation of Integration Project Plans with emphasis on Policy and regulatory program integration
• Proactively communicate potential or confirmed risks with fact-based support
• Maintain project documentation, updating regularly to include lessons learned
• Provide ongoing communication to management and stakeholder groups
Skillset:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Build and maintain reporting (Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across a broad audience of varying levels
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred:
• U.S. Bank / Elavon experience
• Banking regulation or policy exposure
