As the Nordic Talent Acquisition Event Manager, you’ll be at the helm of all recruiting events across the region, crafting a candidate experience that puts our firm in the spotlight. From concept to execution, you’ll lead a team that creates over 100 unique events each year, each designed to showcase our brand and attract top talent. You’ll work closely with Graduate Recruiting, Candidate Assessment, and Marketing teams to build a cohesive strategy that resonates with students and graduates. With each event, you and your team will shape perceptions, build connections, and ensure our firm stands out as the employer of choice in the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of recruiting events, with a focus on university student engagement and graduate recruitment.
- Manage a team responsible for organizing and hosting high-impact events such as university company presentations, workshops, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the Graduate Recruiting team to support talent pipeline development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive digital employer branding efforts, including social media presence, content creation, and website optimization to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally (e.g., recruiting teams, marketing, senior leadership) and externally (e.g., universities, student organizations).
- Leverage data and market insights to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of event and employer branding efforts and refine strategies to maximize impact.
- Manage the Nordic event budget and allocate resources effectively across campaigns and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all recruiting events in the Nordic region, ensuring consistency across markets while adapting to local cultural nuances.
