This position is in a dynamic, small office environment and is responsible for providing general administrative support to the Executive Director, Board of Directors, members and others within the organization.  The individual in this role is responsible for responding to emails, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, handling information requests, distributing incoming mail, and preparing out-going mail. Additional duties include updating and maintaining membership databases and mailing lists, preparing materials for and scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, planning and coordinating events, and attending trade shows/events as needed.

Salary Range: $20 - $25 an hour depending on experience. 

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of experience providing administrative support. Expertise with clerical tasks, database management, customer support, event planning, and meeting preparation is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to be flexible and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and computer skills are essential to this position.
