I’m partnering with a leading law firm in Houston to find an experienced Defense Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team!

 

What You’ll Do:

·       Manage case files from inception through trial across Texas state and federal courts.

·       Draft and file key documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and appellate briefs.

·       Coordinate discovery, prepare trial materials, and assist attorneys in court.

Requirements

What They’re Looking For:

·       3+ years of experience in personal injury defense.

·       Strong knowledge of Texas state courts (District and County Courts) and federal courts (Southern, Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas).

·       Familiarity with key filings, such as motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, discovery requests/responses, and appellate briefs.

·       Proficiency in legal research, case management software, and efiling systems.
