Requirements:

• 7+ years of paralegal experience, with a focus on Trust and Estate Litigation
• 3+ years of estate litigation experience
• Extensive knowledge of pre-litigation and litigation processes
• Proven experience with Title 46 and Title 14 litigation in Arizona
• Proficient in technology tools for document management and calendaring
