Position Title: LBS1 Special Education Teacher

Start Date: Immediate

Work Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Caseload: Elementary OR Middle School Supported Education Caseload

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic Special Education Teacher to work as a member of the team to carry on the tradition of excellence in special education. The Special Education Teacher is responsible for IEP development and case management, data collection, differentiation, and intervention for academic and/or social-emotional needs, technology integration and ability to work with different professions, therapist, and age groups. We are seeking a caring individual with a desire to help students achieve their goals to join our team.

The Special Education teacher would be responsible for working with children who have disabilities, including cognitive, emotional, or physical disabilities, at an elementary OR middle school. Teaches disabled youth life skills and basic literacy and modifies general education curriculum to meet the child's needs.

Valid Illinois special education teaching certification

Bachelor’s degree (or Higher) with specialization in Special Education

Must be willing and able to pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test
