NP opportunity for Annual Health Assessments in the Northern Orange County area of CA - GO Staffing

Great opportunity in the Northern Orange County area of CA for a Nurse Practitioner to perform annual wellness exams working for a private group.

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
• 2+ yrs exp as NP required - Primary Care, Family Med, Internal Med, Gerontology, or Palliative Care exp. Home Care exp is a plus
• Perform an annual wellness exam for senior Medicare patients
• Collaborate with Primary Care team to ensure completion of holistic patient care
• Combination of home health and telehealth - 30 mile radius
• If you are not located in the Northern Orange County area you must be comfortable commuting to the Northern Orange County area and then an additional 30+ miles within the Northern Orange County area
• Must have active CA license, active DEA, currently enrolled in Medicare and in good standing, have HCC coding exp, and have AWV exp.
• Mon-Fri 8a-5p
• 8-10 patients per day
