- Bachelor's degree in a Business or technical discipline from an accredited institution
- This position requires a minimum of 3 years of functional experience in program management

Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of the investment casting process
- Investment casting experience on New Part Introduction (NPI) Programs
- Ability to think through multiple complex NPI projects and identify gaps in plans, risks and opportunities
- Must be self-driven with outstanding organizational skills, self-discipline and ability to create a sense of urgency within the cross functional team
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully within a matrix organization structure to leverage shared resources to deliver program milestones on time and to budget
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with APQP, PFMEA and PPAP
- Knowledge of six sigma and lean manufacturing principles
- Project Management Professional certification

NPI Program Manager
The NPI Program Manager will lead NPI programs for the IGT (Industrial Gas Turbines) facility developing milestone plans, identifying required resources, providing cadence to ensure customer milestones are met and internal targets are achieved. They will champion the deployment of APQP process in the facility. Expected to continuously improve NPI performance through best practice identification, formulation, validation, documentation, communication, and deployment. They will present lessons learned for each completed project, communicate and ensure best practice is embedded in facility and Business Unit processes.
Note: The NPI Program Manager will report to the Hampton IGT Casting Manufacturing Manager
Essential Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Ensure the goals, scope and deliverables are clearly defined and communicated to the team for each program
- Own the detailed execution plan working with the cross functional team (Engineering, Manufacturing, Commercial, Scheduling, Quality) to ensure on time delivery to budget
- Identify program risks and drive treatment plans to reduce likelihood and impact. Obtain commitment from functional leaders and cadence to ensure actions are completed on time to deliver program milestones
- Schedule and lead regular program reviews with stakeholders (Internal and external) to communicate program status, key risks, and action items to mitigate.
- Uses the Program management (PM) toolkit to ensure cross-functional team members work collaboratively to complete tasks on time and on budget
- Elevate critical path issues and options to resolve or minimize impact to leadership and execute agreed action plan
