Advent Talent Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline on behalf of our client in Minneapolis, MN. In this key role, you will oversee daily operations and provide support to a dedicated team of Suicide Prevention Call Specialists. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality crisis intervention services to our community.

- Monday & Tuesday: 6 PM - 2 AM
- Wednesday - Friday: 4 PM - 12 AM

Responsibilities:
- Clinical Supervision: Coach and develop a team of Suicide Prevention Call Specialists, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Crisis Support: Conduct suicide risk assessments and provide crisis counseling to callers, facilitating rescue calls when necessary.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate documentation of calls and collect demographic information in our web-based database.
- Operational Support: Ensure smooth operations of the 988 Lifeline, including schedule coordination and project execution.
- Training Participation: Complete mandatory training and attend United Way meetings to stay updated on policies and protocols.
Qualifications
- Management Experience: Oversee employee performance through coaching, scheduling, and team development.
- Crisis Experience: Prior experience in crisis management or trauma-informed care is preferred.
- Diversity Awareness: Proven ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
- Resilience: Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using technology and adaptable to new systems.
- Flexible Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during local or national emergencies.
