About the Job
NUCLEAR MED TECHNOLOGIST PRN ROTATING AT EAST CAMPUS
Performs Nuclear Medicine procedures by the administration of Radiopharmaceuticals. Maintains accurate patient records of administered radiopharmaceuticals for compliance with proper authorities. Thorough knowledge of radiation protection standards, devices and techniques. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enable accurate patient positioning and ability to judge the acceptability of diagnostic images.
- Completion of accredited Radiology Technology or Nuclear Medicine Program
- Nuclear Medicine Certification by ARRT (NM) and/or NMTCB.
- and
- MRT certification. Texas Medical Board
- And
- CPR Certification certified American Heart Association
- Good communication and customer service skills.
