Qualifications Required

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Cardiology - Nuclear
  • Nuclear Medicine
  • Nuclear Pharmacy
• Valid Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
• Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
  • American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA PALS)

Overview
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will perform basic Nuclear Medicine procedures under minimal supervision to assist in the diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups. Join Our Award Winning Client's team in the Modesto, Manteca, or Turlock area and contribute to providing compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Produces high quality diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using radiopharmaceuticals and nuclear medicine equipment
• Assists practitioner with the operation of radiation detection equipment
• Orders radiopharmaceuticals for nuclear medicine procedures and prepares them for injection, ingestion, or inhalation
• Identifies radioactive substances to complete procedures
• Processes and files films as needed

Schedule and Shift Details

• Full-time 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday. On-call weekends if needed.
