Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our esteemed client's workforce on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for patient care, and a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using radioactive materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures

- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, including gamma cameras, PET scanners, and computer systems

- Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort

- Process and analyze images to provide accurate and high-quality diagnostic information

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine the appropriate course of treatment for patients

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures and patient information

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to the handling and disposal of radioactive materials

- Stay current with advancements in nuclear medicine technology and techniques through continuing education and training.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or a related field

- Current certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of nuclear medicine equipment and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
