We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper or CPA for an established development/construction company.

Responsibilities –

• Valid CPA is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Responsible for accurate and timely financial management reporting for all companies.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years experience
• Be able to deliver quality work on tight deadlines with strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Responsible for processing payroll and associated taxes, filing CRS-1 reports, accounts payable and accounts receivable, intercompany billings, journal entries, and preparation of financial statements.
• This role will also process progressive billings and retainage. Real estate background with knowledge of PSAs and closing statements is a plus.
• The ideal candidate will have the skill set to accurately perform the tasks and work closely with our staff and longtime subcontractors.
