Nurse Case Manager

We are looking for a nurse just like you—a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys making a difference for patients, but prefers working in a professional office setting with daytime office hours and weekends/holidays off.

This position is responsible for working closely with our consultants, their clients and health plan members to identify and assess those with serious conditions, explore options for care and resources that will lower their out-of-pocket costs, and explore risk transfer opportunities that can lower health plan costs. You'll support high risk members and employers in achieving their objectives while providing alternative insurance solutions tailored to each unique situation.

Qualified candidates will have strong multitasking skills, minimum of three years in business. Ideally, two years of nursing experience or case management work.
