BECOMING A NURSE CASE REVIEW SPECIALIST
We offer our Nurse Case Review Specialist competitive pay of $25-$30 per hour depending on experience and flexible scheduling. You typically work Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.
As our Nurse Case Review Specialist, you're responsible for gathering and analyzing medical records for our clients' legal cases. This is a dynamic role where you call doctor's offices, request medical charts, and review files to gain insights into each client's case. You also speak with our clients and ask clarifying questions as needed. By gathering critical information and collaborating with our team, you provide invaluable support to our clients!

ARE YOU THE NURSE CASE REVIEW SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate has experience in coding or a medical office. Here are the minimum criteria to get started:
- Call center or customer service experience
- Valid Utah RN or LPN license (Arizona or Florida licenses may be considered)
- Knowledge about HIPAA and medical records standards
- Professional attitude and exceptional communication skills
- Leadership skills and computer proficiency
