Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is currently hiring an experienced nurse to fill the Nurse Director of Behavioral Health position for our program in the South Coast region of Oregon. You will be managing the inpatient behavioral program at Bay Area Hospital in Coos Bay, OR.
The Nurse Director of Behavioral Health position is an exciting opportunity to help the community and work collaboratively with Signet Health and hospital leadership. Reporting directly to hospital administration, this is a highly visible position with strategic responsibility. Signet offers a generous compensation package and excellent advancement opportunities. Interim Directors are contracted on a 1099 consultant basis with all temporary living/travel expenses reimbursed.
Salary for this position starts at $135,000.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Qualifications:
MSN with active Oregon RN licensure preferred, BSN required.
3+ years leading a successful and profitable adult inpatient behavioral health program.
