Job Details
- Provide quality classroom and clinical instruction to nursing students.
- Prepare well-structured lessons, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor and document student progress clearly and fairly.
- Mentor students and guide them toward academic success.
- Adapt to future classroom and clinical instruction needs as required.
- Ensure compliance with clinical and classroom standards.
- Actively engage in ongoing professional development and training.
Skills You Need
- Active Registered Nursing (RN) license in Connecticut.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience (recent experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; commitment to pursuing a Master’s Degree.
