Responsibilities:
| Assists in the assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and mental health status. Provides direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with procedures. Documents patient information accurately and maintains up-to-date medical records. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitors and reports changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff. Adheres to infection control protocols and maintains a safe and clean environment for patients. Performs other duties as assigned. |
| EDUCATION: |
| Required: High School Diploma or equivalent, Rising senior in college actively enrolled and in an approved school of Nursing. Completion of Nursing Assistant I and II training program |
| EXPERIENCE: |
| LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING: |
| Required: NAI Certification| Nurse Aid I NAII Certification | Nursing Assistant II BLS (CPR) | AHA Health Care Provider BLS Currently listed, in good standing, as Nurse Aide I with the North Carolina, Division of Facilities Services. |
