Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Nurse (LPN/RN) care for long term care residents
• Administer medications/interventions as prescribed
• Offer emotional support and education about about treatments and procedures
• Maintain accurate medical records and keep team informed of changes in patient status
• Comply to all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care

Compensation and Schedule

• Nurse (LPN/RN) pay range: LPN $28-$35/hour RN $38-$44/hour - Per Diem earns $2.00 more
• Weekend shift differential - 3-11 gets $2.50 shift differential and 11-7 gets $3.50 shift diff
• Location: Providence, RI

Skills and Qualifications

• A current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in this state is required
• Valid CPR certification
