Salary: $87,000 - $127,000

Role Summary:
Our client is seeking an energetic and motivated Nurse Manager to lead the Case Management team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of 10 Case Managers and 8 Social Workers, ensuring efficient and effective discharge planning and patient care services. You will collaborate with various departments, including physicians, patient financial services, managed care organizations, and social work, to ensure that policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Delaware RN License or compact state RN License

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field

• Five years of Case Management experience in an acute care hospital setting

• Ability to maintain required documented hours of continuing education relevant to licensure

Desired Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Three years of supervisory or management experience

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across departments
