Nurse Manager ICU Intensive Care Unit at Clinical Management Consultants

A well-respected healthcare organization in beautiful Eastern Tennessee is looking for a Nurse Manager ICU Intensive Care Unit! The Nurse Manager ICU Intensive Care Unit will be responsible for overseeing two critical care units with over 50+ beds. 

The Nurse Manager Intensive Care Unit ICU will be supported by a strong team of ICU Nurses, ICU Assistant Nurse Managers, and ICU support staff. The Nurse Manager ICU will oversee a medical surgical ICU, neurological ICU, renal ICU, and CVICU. Prior CVIU experience is preferred but not required for this role.

The ICU Intensive Care Unit Nurse Manager will be in charge of the day to day Critical Care department operations and will have prior Critical Care RN experience. The RN Manager ICU will collaborate with other department leaders and physicians to ensure department success and growth. Prior ICU Nurse Management, ICU Supervisor, or Critical Care Assistant Nurse Management experience is required for this role, along with a Bachelor’s Degree.
