They are a fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) Manager is responsible for the direction of all patient care services provided at the facility. The RN Manager will provide direction for all medical and nursing care on all units, as ordered by the provider. He or she is responsible for the practices at the facility that will assist restoring patient health by: developing the day to day management and long-term planning of the facility, directing and developing staff, collaborating with medical practitioners and multidisciplinary staff, providing physical and psychological support for patients and their families and the implementation of medical protocols. Provides comprehensive reviews of significant events, patient care concerns/grievances, medication use, and laboratory orders. Provide recommendations for training, policy changes and processes changes to the Senior Director of Nursing.

- Associates Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience working as a Registered Nurse where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations.
- Minimum of one (1) year of charge nurse, lead, supervisory or management role preferred.
- Behavioral health and/or withdrawal management experience preferred.
- Valid, unencumbered, Registered Nurse license obtained through the Arizona Board of Nursing (current and in good standing without restrictions).
- Valid identification required.
Pay Details: $42.00 to $52.00 per hour
