Nurse Manager (LPN) - Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Centeris currently seeking a Nurse Manager (LPN) to join the team!

Charge Nurse responsibilities include: 

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

• Supervising CNAs and LPNs

• Medication Administration

• Wound and treatment care.

• Complete assessments and care plans.

• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure.

• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a LPN

• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosphy.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form

• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents.
