Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital provides outpatient maternal services to include Maternal Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology services. We are expanding our existing MFM services in the south market into the Fort Myers area with an exciting new location.
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our team of highly skilled maternal-fetal medicine nurses, clinical and non-clinical staff. Our team is committed to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care, with expertise in high-risk obstetrics, fetal monitoring, and genetics.
This is a Monday-Friday position with no weekends or holidays. The desired candidate would have strong interpersonal skills, able to navigate partnerships, a background in outpatient maternal services or labor & delivery, and proven management or supervisory experience. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires some commuting to St. Petersburg for on-boarding orientation and occasional meetings and trainings. Please note that this is an administrative position but clinical skills are needed.

Who Should Apply:
• BSN required
• Current licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse
• Certification in area of specialty and Basic Life Support, American Heart Association Certification
• Minimum of two years' experience at the supervisor level

Salary Range: Minimum 48.10 per hour - Maximum 74.56 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
