A fantastic new opportunity is available at an award winning hospital just outside of Salisbury, Massachusetts. They are looking for an experienced Surgical Services RN leader to join their team as the Nurse Manager Perioperative Services.

The RN Manager Surgical Services  will be part of a high performing Perioperative team who shows relentless commitment to their patients, dedication to their work, and genuine caring for each other as well.

Reporting to the Director of Perioperative Services, the Nurse Manager Perioperative Services  will provide leadership and overall responsibility for the highly organized Perioperative Department. They will have the support of Surgical Department staff such as OR Charge Nurses and OR Staff RNs. The Surgical Department performs many surgeries such as General Surgery, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, and more. The RN Manager Perioperative Services establishes and ensures compliance with standards of clinical care, and maintains accountability for staffing, quality, safety, service, and clinical excellence throughout the surgical department.
